As we do not sell or ship physical products, the following policy outlines our procedures for digital service delivery, exchange, and refunds.

Service Delivery

All digital services, such as cloud server access, software licenses, and other subscriptions – are delivered electronically via email or client account access or as per the client’s request & medium.

Upon successful payment, clients will receive instructions on how to access or activate the purchased service.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of service purchased and are specified during the checkout process.

Exchange Policy

Lease Packet does not offer traditional exchanges, as our products are digital services.

If a client encounters issues with the service provided (e.g., incorrect software license or server configuration), they must contact our support team within the given timeline of service activation to request a resolution or adjustment.

Adjustments or modifications to purchased services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
